1. Nature of Service
Line Engine is an investment research platform. It provides structured analysis, weekly research reports, and transparent scoring. It is not investment advice. It is not a broker. It is not an execution platform.
2. No Investment Advice
All content delivered through Line Engine is informational only. Nothing on the platform constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Users are solely responsible for any investment decisions they make based on research outputs.
3. Third-Party Data
Market and reference data are sourced from independent providers, including Yahoo Finance. Line Engine makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
4. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of research outputs, for ensuring the accuracy of any information they provide to the platform, and for compliance with all laws applicable to them.
5. Subscription Scope
Subscriptions grant access to the research infrastructure only. Optional AI usage costs incurred through user-provided keys are billed by those upstream providers and are outside the scope of the Line Engine subscription.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available. Line Engine makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, output quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Line Engine shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party provider failures, or user misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding three months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered.
